Although we occasionally release a selection of ready made sample pieces, the majority of our clothing is created on a 'Made to Order' basis. Whilst this allows us to maximise our sustainability by minimising waste, we understand that this production method is unfamilair to most modern shoppers so let us breakdown our sizing range for a little more clarity. We currently offer two sizing options; Standard Sizing and Bespoke Sizing...
Our Standard sizing follows a set of fixed measurement that have been developed to reflect a more authentic view of body diversity, going against the traditional sizing model used by fast fashion retailers. We carefully consider how to best enhance the cut, fit and structure of our designs when determining our size variants and due to this, each style we make has it's own respective size guide as opposed to following one generalised sizing template.

Alternatively if you would prefer to have your garment tailor made, our Bespoke service allows you to collaborate with us to personalise your item to your own individual preferences, guaranteeing the perfect fit. To purchase a custom made garment, simply add the Bespoke option to your cart and we'll be in touch shortly after purchase to discuss the finer details of your design and arrange your complimentary Remote Consultation appointment.
We now offer a Remote Consultation service to help guide you through the measuring and production process. Our consultations consist of a 30 minute video call with Zenzero Clothing founder Alessia who will walk you through the steps of taking your own measurements, discuss which design features you would like to include and answer any questions you may have about your order.
Consultations can be booked as a stand alone, obligation free Pre-Order appointment, or in addition to purchases from our Standard size range, for a small premium and are now available to book by adding the service to your cart from our Product menu. After purchase will we be in touch shortly to schedule your call.
In the event that you opt for a Bespoke garment as a result of a Pre-Order appointment, we will happily deduct the cost of your previous appointment from the final cost of your order
