Buying from Zenzero is a little different from purchasing 'off the rack' as all of our items are made to measure. To give you the best fit possible we have two sizing options available.


Set Sizes:


  • Take your measurements in centimeters
  • Compare to the size guide featured on the product page of the style you would like to purchase. Each style has a reapective size guide rather than a blanket size guide that covers all styles. This allows the sizing to be more accurate as it's based on the individual design. 
  • If you are happy with the measurements of a Set size in comparison to your measurements then add to cart and place your order. If not, please opt for the Bespoke option and we will be in touch asap to discuss your personalised design.
  • After purchase, there will be a grace period of 24 hours before your piece goes into production. This gives you time to contact us to ammend anything about your purchase you might have missed. 
  • After this period ends, all sales are final and no changes can be made to your order as your item will go into production.


Bespoke Sizing:


This service allows you to tailor your piece to specific measurements, guaranteeing a perfect fit. This option is recommended for petite, tall, extra small and plus sized fits or for anyone who wants to alter a style to fit more precisely (for example; you would like a smaller waist measurement but need more room at the hips). 

  • Choose the 'Bespoke' option as your size
  • We will contact you to discuss your fit requirements and schedule a Remote Consultation if required.
  • After your design details and measurements are confirmed you will have a 24 hour grace period before your item goes into production, after which all sales are final and no further alterations can be made to your garment.

Although our production times are often quicker, we require a 3 week production window for all Set sized items and a 4 week window for Bespoke items, so please take this into consideration if you require your item for a specific date.

When considering any of our Set sizes, take your measurements (in centimetres, rather than inches!) and compare them to the size guide of your chosen item. If you feel that our Set size options won't fit you quite right then we highly recommend opting for a Bespoke garment instead. By choosing this option you can tailor your item to fit you perfectly. We now offer remote consultations via video call in addition to Bespoke purchases to guide you through the measuring process and discuss any questions or concerns you might have to make sure every last detail is covered. 

We also have a 'Fit Guarantee' in place for our Bespoke service for added peace of mind. All of our garments are double checked after production to make sure all confirmed measurements are accurate and in the rare event of a sizing error occuring we will pay for the return of your garment and further alteration as a complimentary service.

Although we often produce items more quickly, we require a 3 week turn around window to create Set sized pieces and a 4 week window for Bespoke garments. This includes delivery times, so please take this into consideration if purchasing your item for a specific date. 

Yes! As we are a one-woman band you can be assured that any item you purchase from us is made ethically in Glasgow and includes no elements of forced labour at any step of production.

We use exclusively sustainable fabrics and accoutrements in our production, with no additional plastics or nasties, and purchase only from proven Fair Trade ethical companies to make sure this promise is upheld throughout.

We also adhere to circular production methods wherever possible to maximise our sustainable practices.

Creating a Bespoke item requires more time and skill than producing a Set sized piece as we fully rework the measurements, structure and pattern of the garment to meet the specific needs of each client. As such, there is an additional premium included in this service to reflect the level of craftsmanship necessary to create the piece. 



As our items are made to measure, we do not accept returns or order cancellations after the 24 hour grace period has ended. 


However, in accordance with consumer rights, in the event of an garment suffering a demonstratable construction fault we allow the customer to choose whether they would like to exchange the item for a new piece, gift voucher or refund upon a garments being returned and a fault being confirmed.
